OK, i posted this on friendster, but a lot of you didn't see it, so here it is, better late than never. :)
Hello everyone out there in cyber land!

I figured thsi was the best way to get an update
to everyone without having to send a billion
emails. yeah, so i'm lazy heh.

As most of you know, i'm still in China. i had
my first english class yesterday, and it went
pretty much well. i knever realized exactly how
terrifying it would be to have 67 little faces
looking up at you and saying good morning
teacher. LOL but it went really well, and i'm
not fearing today's lesson nearly as much.

the weather here is cold. and i mean COLD i had
to go buy a new jacket and some long underwear.
but it's great, i'm learning to adjust. though
training is hard, cuz it takes forever to get
warmed up, but since training sessions are 2.5
hours, that's not such an issue like it would be
back at wushustar.

what else.... ummmm i'm not sure when i'm coiming
back yet. it seems that too is up in the air,
i'm going to get my visa extended today, but they
didnt' say how long they wanted to extend it for,
so we'll see. i hope to see you all for the
thanksgiving holiday, but i'm starting to doubt
that. it looks more like christmas. but i'll
keep you updated as i figure out what i'm doing.
ppl, drop me an email, and let me know how you're
doing, as i dunno how else to keep in touch. i
hope things are going well for all of you. love
you guys lots!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

What Is Your Battle Cry?

Rampaging across the icy wasteland, brandishing a meaty axe, cometh Lajennnikita! And she gives a spectacular grunt:

"I'm going to pulverize you like a first grade teacher, and dip you in uranium!!!"

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIMI!!!!!

A friend of mine and I were talking (and since i didn't get permission, they will stay known as a friend)  and the topic of your Ultimate goal in life came up...  I think it was the first time I'd ever thought about it, but this is what i came up with as I rambled on.

Cynda: my ultimate goal is to make a difference i think
Cynda: to positively help those ppl i care about and make the world, or at least my corner of it, a better place
Cynda: i have no interest in movies at all
Cynda: i want to make ppl happy
Cynda: i want to show the children of the world (and anyone else who will listen) that there is such a thing as humanity, that there is such a thing as unconditional love, that life is worth fighting for, and beautiful things can happen
Cynda: that no matter how bad it gets, there is still an ounce of beauty in your life, even if it's just the smile of a stranger....
Cynda: and you just have to find it... search for it with everything you got.  cuz the more you do that, the easier it becomes... and the better you have not only made your world, but other ppl's as well... happiness can be contagious
Cynda: the more you look at the world by focusing on the positives, the easier it is to see them without trying to focus....
Cynda: i know i'm waxing poetic, but to be quite honest...  I have been pretty low, and had some really shitty things happen to me with my brother and being in an abusive relationship and all that family stuff, and friend stuff....  but i can still hear the laugh of a child and smile, i can still see the stars shining brightly at night, and i can still see the way a spiderweb glistens with dew, and find solace in the fact that there is beauty around me always...  just waiting to be rediscovered
Cynda: it's like teaching ppl their responsibility not only to themselves and their families, but also to each other, even a total stranger.  the day we stopped caring about our fellow man, we stopped being human...

God, I'm a sap.  ~TTFN

OK, for those of you who don't know....  I'll be leaving the country on the 13th of this coming month... as in July, not June.  I'll be going to Japan and China on business.  Isn't that a good thing?  hehehe  I'm really excited seeing as how I've never been to either place...  but on the other hand, I'm also kinda sad.  I mean, I've just gotten to a point where I have all these great friends, and it seems like I won't be able to see them for a long time. LOL  I'm not sure exactly how long I'll be gone, as the ticket has an open ended return date.  But I was told it will probably be about two months, if not longer.  The shortest amount of time I'll be gone is one month.  So for those of you who are off for the summer and were therefore hoping to spend more time with me (and yes, that's all of you, right?) looks like unless you are planning on spending either the 4th of july or the 11th of July, it prolly won't happen.

I'll miss all of you!  Oh, and for those of you who already hit me up about buying you stuff in China, talk to me in person, to make sure I didn't forget already.  Love all of ya!  ~TTFN
